If there is someone that cannot use Uber/Lift/Hart Bus and has a health or safety need, please enter a ticket and the transportation will triage and contact customer.
Customer transportation requests can be entered as Event Type - Transportation Assistance Requests.

However, until the roadway conditions are safe for the County's transportation partners, they may be a delay in response
If the caller/subject feels they are in imminent danger and/or do not have what they need to survive, such as (but not limited to) life-sustaining medications or power for life-sustaining medical devices, advise them to hang up and call 9-1-1.
