Open a New Record in WebEOC. Document the response to each question and complete the remaining WebEOC sections.

    • Enter the exact address. If at a cross-street, enter the Location of Issue/Need section.

  3. Please describe the unmet need you wish to report. (Shelter, food, home supplies, financial support).

    • If the request is unmet needs (shelter, food, home supplies, and financial support), select Event Type – Unmet Needs. (Assign to ESF-6).

    • If the request is for medical needs (Medication, oxygen, etc.), select Event Type - Shelter & Special Medical Needs. (Assign to ESF-8)

  4. Do you have access to transportation to pick up the resources?

  5. In order to connect you with the proper local resources, could you let us know if you are you over the age of 50?
